25 oktober 2013, Crash Landing.
Text, to be performed in the bubble:
At first, that we seem to speak the same language doesn’t mean that we understand each other.
We arrived here in our Canta, coming from another place. When we splashed out of the cone we discovered that this wasn’t the planet Zuva where we would have our safari.
It started all out that we went on a nice trip: we saw the yellow world of Nazido, now in civil crisis after the fall of the last regime. Then crossed the border of the Aprkuvi stars, really great for parties.
After that we visited the great depths of Lirothadip to have a delicious experience. Then the navigation fooled us, and spilled all out of our Canta as we were crashing here.
We made ourselves more comfortable, welcome to our bubble.”

De toeschouwer van morgen
Iron wire, polaroids, Freek
By Chris Rijksen and myself. This performance was to be seen and interacted with at Amsterdam`s Nuit Blanche this weekend. Visitors were given the artistic freedom of chosing which part of me they wanted to capture. Then, they were asked to attach the polaroid to the wire frame, recreating my body. The performance started at 7 pm and ended at 1:30 am, at which time my replica was left alone.
Pictures above by Chris. Chris on tumblr.
Freek Duinhof (fdhl09) and I did an performance! It was great. And he links to my inspiration tumblr which is also nice to see of course.
